Welcome to Gem Atelier

We are a small crystal studio nestled away in Hervey Bay, Queensland. Here at Gem Atelier we have a carefully curated range of treasures, including crystals, home decor, hand crafted treasures and spiritual cleansing tools. Each item we stock in our studio is carefully chosen piece by piece, guided by intuition and shared with love. Whether you're just starting your crystal journey or are a seasoned collector, our hope is that Gem Atelier can offer everyone a warm and welcoming space to discover new treasures that truly resonate with your soul.

Shipping Information

From 1st January 2026, all orders will be processed in studio on Fridays and dispatched to Australia Post for delivery on Saturdays. Please note, at this time we are currently only able to offer domestic shipping within Australia.

Standard Shipping = $15

Orders +$200 = Free Shipping

*Please be advised - once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Gem Atelier accepts no liability for lost in transit or damaged parcels. We will assist as best we can, but we recommend that you (the customer) seek compensation for lost/ damaged parcels via the courier (Australia Post).

Gem Atelier does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or change of mind on any purchases.
